Guidelines for booking​

• Please create a Vensa account to book online by clicking Make an appointment and choosing your date and time. It will open a new window where you are able to sign up/log in.

• Booking is only for Enrolled patients of the clinic. If you are new please email or call us for an appointment. 

• To request a repeat prescription, please log in first. 

• When booking please briefly write what you are coming in for to assist us putting you to the right health practitioner. 

• These bookings are for GP consultations only. If you require more time e.g. WINZ forms, insurance forms, DL9 renewal, please ensure you write this on the booking form. This ensures we can allocate you enough time to fulfill the needed paperwork.
